Minimalism in the exterior and interiors is the main feature of this unusual home, called Villa Geldrop. It was designed by architects of Hofman Dujardin Architects and located in the Netherlands. The house has a traditional form of the farm, but it creates with the current requirements and the latest architectural trends. To my mind, the glazed façade and an interesting layout are the main residence features. The idea of using the space under the ground was realized in an interesting way. There is a large part of the living quarters such as 4 bedrooms and living room, which are very bright and filled with natural light. The large dining area, kitchen, study and playing areas are located at the ground level and the first floor.
Zseniális inspiratív megoldások találhatók mint a ház minimalista vonalakat felvonultató exteriőrét, mint pedig a letisztult enteriőrt figyelembe véve ebben a Hollandiában felépült családi házban. A tervezést a holland tervező csapat a Hofman Dujardin Architects végezte és az ő munkájuk nyomán épült fel ez a tetőtérbeépítéses épület amely a nyeregtetős épület fogalmának egészen új jelentést adott.Óriási üvegfelületein keresztül szinte ömlik be a fény a házba ,és az amúgy súlyos házkubust is légiessé teszik.
A 4 hálószobás nappali étkezős ház teljes egésszében friss és levegős , a belső atmoszférát az egyáltalán nem rideg örök fehér építi fel amelyet egy egy markáns szín egészít ki .
